ABSTRACT:
We describe the interaction between people and organizational cultures, and frame the problem in terms of the minimum number of criteria on which to base decisions. We believe that by severely limiting what to look for in both team candidates and elements of the organizational culture, you maximize your chances of success, because you are forced to set strong priorities.
